교사 성경 교제 첫날 : 천지을 창조 하신 하나님 과 인간의 타락 First day: Creation of heaven and earth by God and the fall of humans. 주제 말씀 : 창 1:1 Genesis 1:1 In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. - 교육 목적: 천지를 창조하신 전능하신 하나님이심을 분명히 알도록 하는것 - 예수님도 함께 창조에 함께 하셨다는 것에 대한 믿을 갖도록 하는것 - 인간을 만드신 목적을 아는 것 1. 천지 창조: 천지를 창조하신 하나님 (1:1-26) God created heaven and earth. (1:1-26) 2. 천지가 어떻게 만들어 졌나요? 창 1:1 How was the heaven and earth created? 질문 1: 하나님이 천지를 창조 하셨다는 것이 믿어지나요? Question 1 : Can you believe that God created heaven and earth? 질문 2: 어떻게 우리는 하나님이 천지를 창조 하셨다는 것을 알수 있나요? Question 2 : How do we know that God created heaven and earth? 답변1. 자연 만물을 통해서 로마서 1장 20절 “창세로부터 그의 보이지 아니하는 것들 곧 그의 영원하신 능력과 신성이 그가 만드신 만물에 분명히 보여 알려졌나니 그러므로 그들이 핑계하지 못할지니라” “For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities – his eternal power and divine nature – have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse” 답변2. 성경 말씀을 통해서 그래서 우리의 삶에서 성경을 통해서 하나님을 알고 믿는 것은 매우 중요합니다. 다른 어떤 것 보다 우리의 삶에서 성경이 가장 중요한 권위가 있어야 하는 것입니다. 3. 태초에 천지를 창조하신 하나님은 어떤 분 이십니까? Who is God? (Exodus 3:14, Revolution 1:8) “하나님이 모세에게 이르시되 나는 스스로 있는 자이니라 또 이르시되 너는 이스라엘 자손에게 이같이 이르기를 스스로 있는 자가 나를 너희에게 보내셨다 하라” (출3:14) “God said to Moses, “I am who I am. This is what you are to say to the Israelites: ‘I am has sent me to you.’” (Exodus 3:14) “주 하나님이 이르시되 나는 알파와 오메가라 이제도 있고 전에도 있었고 장차 올 자요 전능한 자라 하시더라.” (계1:8) “I am the Alpha and the Omega,” says the Lord God, “who is, and who was, and who is to come, the Almighty.” (revelations 1:8) 4. 하나님께서 1일 부터 6일 까지 무엇을 만드셨나요? (activity 시간에 더 자세히 다루도록 할 것 입니다) What did God make in the first day till the sixth day? 1일: 빛 과 어둠 (낮과 밤) 5절/ 2일: 하늘 8절/ 3일: 땅과 바다, 채소와 나무 11-13절 First day: light and darkness (day and night). Verse 5/ Second day: sky. Verse 8/ Third day: land and sea, plants and trees. Verses 11-13 4일: 해 와 달 과 별, 14-16절/ 5일: 새 와 바다의 물고기, 20-21절 Fourth day: Sun, moon and star. Verse 14-16/ Fifth day: birds, and creatures of the sea. Verses 20-21 6일: 땅에 모든 동물을 종류 되로 만드심 그리고 사람, 24-26절 Sixth day: land produced living creatures according to their kinds and man. Verses 24-26 5. 사람을 만드심 : God made man. 만드시는 과정을 설명하자. 하나님이 말씀으로 천지을 창조 하시고 이제는 진흙으로 뭔가을 만드신다... 생각해 보자 이때의 모든 생물체들이 무엇을 하시는지 숨죽이고 지켜 보고 있을 것 이다. 그리고는 결국에 만드시고 코에 생기을 불어 넣는 것을 보면서 모든 생물체들이 감탄을 했을것 입니다… 왜냐면 하나님의 형상하고 비슷하게 만드셨으니까요? (이러한 내용을 story telling 으로 잘 이야기 해보자.. 참고: 음악이 있으면 더욱 효과적이다) Let’s explain how God made these things. God created heaven and earth by his words and now he is making something from the dust of the ground. Let’s think about this, at this point all the creatures would be wondering what God is creating. Eventually he finishes making it and when God breathes into its nostril all the creatures would be amazed. Is this because he made it in his image? (Use this kind of story telling method it could better if there is music.) 1) 하나님께서 사람을 어떤 모양대로 창조 하셨습니까? 창 1:26-27 In what form did God create man? Genesis 1:26-27 26: Then God said, “Let us make mankind in our image, in our likeness, so that they may rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky, over the livestock and all the wild animals, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” So God created mankind in his own image, in the image of God he created them; male and female he created them. 말씀에서 중요한 두 가지의 설명 : 우리의 형상에서 우리는 삼위 일체 (성부, 성자, 성령) 이 함께 창조 하심에 대해서 설명이 필요합니다. 남자와 여자을 만드심, 즉 남자와 여자을 구별 되게 만드심에 대해서 강조 하자… 그래서 동성애는 결코 해서는 안 되는 하나님의 창조 질서를 깨뜨리는 것임을 설명 하자. 2 important explanations: In “our image” the “our” stands for Trinity God (Father God, Jesus and Holy Spirit.) they created together./ God created male and female therefore there should be an emphasis on how He has a distinction between male and female. Therefore, we should explain that homosexuality is not right and it is an act of disobeying God’s order. 2) 하나님이 인간을 만드신 목적은 무엇 일까요? What is God’s purpose in creating humans? 하나님께서 사람을 만드신 데에는 그 목적이 있읍니다. 그는 인류 전체에 대한 목적과 계획이 있습니다. 또한 각자 각자에게 필요로 하는 계획을 갖고 계십니다. God has a purpose in creating humans. He has a purpose and plan for the mankind. Also God has a plan for each one of us. 답변 1. 창 1:28. “하나님이 그들에게 복을 주시며 하나님이 그들에게 이르시되 생육하고 번성하여 땅에 충만하라, 땅을 정복하라, 바다의 물고기와 하늘의 새와 땅에 움직이는 모든 생물을 다스리라 하시니라” 행복하게 살아라 라는 것이다… 그러면서 이 땅의 만든 모든 생물을 다스리리라는 명령을 받습니다. Response 1: This means God wants to have a happy life and along with this he orders us to rule over all the creatures he made. 하나님의 인간에게 주신 첫번째 명령은 선악과를 먹으면 안된다. 이것이 아니라 행복하라, 기뻐 하라 입니다. 그래서 성경은 “너와 사귐은 기쁨이 충만하게 하심이라” 라고 합니다. (요한 1서 1정 4절) God's first command to man is not to eat good and evil. It's not this, but be happy, and full od Joy. So that The Bible says, 1 John 1:4 “We write this to make our joy complete”. 예화) 에덴의 동산의 의미 (기쁨의 동산) 예화) 어항 이야기 답변 2. 이사야 43 : 21“ 이백성은 내가 나를 위하여 지었나니 나의 찬송을 부르게 하려 함이니라. ” 즉, 하나님께 영광 돌리며 찬양 하는 것이 사람이 만든 목적 입니다… 왜 이렇게 살아야 하는지에 대한 것은 창 1:26-27의 하나님의 형상 되로 창조 되었기 때문입니다. Response 2: Isaiah 43:21 “the people I formed for myself that they may proclaim my praise.” In other words humans are made to glorify God and worship Him. The reason why we need to live this way is because it says in Genesis 1:26-27 that we are created in God’s image. 3) 하나님의 형상으로 창조된것은 무슨 의미 일까요? What does it mean to be created by God’s image? 창조의 절정의 하나님의 형상으로 창조 되었다는 것이다. 창조한 세계을 생각해 보자. 하나님의 창조의 가장 중요한 포커스는 사람이다, 즉 우리 이다. 그런 우리를 하나님의 형상으로 창조 되었다고 합니다. 그럼 창 1:26~28 “하나님의 형상” 으로 만들었다는 것이다. 즉, 사람은 하나님 하고 친해져야 한다는 말이다. 우주의 창조주와 친밀감이 잇어야 한다는 것이다. At the peak of his creation He made something in His own image. Let’s think about his creations. The main important focus in his creations is man. Which is us. We are made in God’s image. Then it means that we are made in His image Genesis 1:26-28. Humans should be close with God. We need intimacy with the creator of heaven and earth. 즉, 우리는 하나님이 필요하다 라는 의미 이다.. 우리는 오늘도 하나님을 향한 갈망과 배고픔이 잇어야 하는 것이다… 우리의 인생에서 이것을 해야 하는 것이다. This means that we need God. Even today we need to desire God and be hungry for Him. We must do this in our lives. 우리의 인생에서 창조의 목적을 아는 것은 매우 중요합니다. 왜냐면 인간의 창조의 목적을 회복 하는 것이 진정으로 행복한 삶이기 때문입니다. 다시 말하면, 기쁨의 동산으로 돌아가려는 삶을 갈망하는 것입니다. 그러한 방법을 찾기 위해 인류는 여러가지의 방법을 사용하였지만, 불가능 하였습니다. 그래서 인류는 다른 방법을 찾으며 그것이 마치 행복을 찾은 것 처럼 보이게 합니다 It is very important to know the purpose of creation in our lives. Because restoring the purpose of human creation is a truly happy life. In other words, longing for a life to return to the Garden of Joy (Mt of Eden). Human beings used many different methods to find such a way, but it was impossible. So humans find other ways to make it seem like they've found happiness 왜 우리가 이러한 것을 모르고 살아 갈까요? 그것을 몰핀 현상 이라고 한다… Why do we live without knowing this? This is called the morphine state. 몰핀은 우리의 병을 낫게 하지 않는다.. 다만 마비 시키는 것이다… 우리의 고통을 다른곳으로 관심을 갖게 하기 때문에 우리가 마치 하나님이 나의 삶에 없어도 되는 것처럼 이야기 하는 것이다. Morphine does not cure our disease, instead it numbs it. It makes our pain focus on something else so that we live as if we do not need God in our lives. 마약을 하고 상상의 세계을 누리면 그것이 진짜의 인생 인가? 그렇치 않다… When we are in an imaginary world because of drugs is this really our life? No it is not. 우리는 하나님을 향한 갈망함과 하나님과 친밀감을 누리며 살아야 하는것 이것이 바로 형상 이다. The desire for God and intimate relationship with him and being the image of God. 그래서 우리의 인생은 하나님을 만날때 동행 할때애만 의미가 잇는 것이다… 그것이 행복 하게 살아가는 것이다. 우리의 영은 이랗게 창조 되었기에 그것을 기억 한다.. 그런데 몰핀 현상으로 자꾸 다른곳으로 가게 되면서 우리의 인생과 삶이 의미가 없어지는 것이다… 우리는 흙으로 만든 그릇 이다… 그릇이 중요한것이 아니라 그릇 안에 무엇이 담겨 잇느냐가 중요한것이다. Therefore our lives have meaning only when we meet and live with God. This is living a happy life. Our spirits are created this way so we remember this. But the morphine state drags us to another place and then there it leads to no meaning in life. We are bowls made by mud. The bowl is not important it is what is in the bowl that is important. 신약 성경에서 형상 은 헬라어로 “아이콘” 입니다. 그런데 아이콘을 눌렀는데 안에는 아무것도 없다면… 아이콘이 중요한게 아니라… 그 안의 내용이 주요한 것이다… 우리의 인생은 혼자있는 것이 중요한것이 아니라 그것으로는 어떻해도 행복 해질 수 없기에 우리는 하나님과 함께 해야만 하는 것이다.. 그것이 행복한 삶을 사는 것이다. 성경은 이것을 우리에게 핵심적으로 이야기 하는 것이다… 성경은 하나님과 함께 한 사람의 인생과 하나님과 함께 하지 않는 사람의 내용을 기록한것이다. The image in the New Testament in Greek is “icon”. But when we click the icon and nothing appears then it would be useless. The icon itself is not important it’s what’s inside that is important. Being alone is not important because we can never be happy with that so we need to be with God. This is living a happy life. This is the core message of the bible. The bible is recorded about people who were with God and who weren’t. 하나님의 형상으로 창조된 우리가 왜 하나님과 친밀감을 누리지 못하고 살아 갈까요? 그것은 죄 때문입니다. Why are we not intimate with God when we are created in his image? Because of sin. 6. 인간의 타락. the fall of man. 1) 타락한 이유는 무엇 인가? What is the reason for this fall? 대답 : 선악과을 먹음, 선악과을 먹었다는 것은 무슨 잘못을 하였다는 것 일까요? Answer: They ate the fruit of knowledge of good and evil. What mistake did they make? 창 3:5 “너희가 그것을 먹는 날에는 너희 눈이 밝아져 하나님과 같이 되어 선악을 알 줄 하나님이 아심이니라” Genesis 3:5 “For God knows that when you eat from it your eyes will be opened, and you will be like God, knowing good and evil.” 즉, 하나님과 동일하게 되려고 한다는 것이다… 사단도 하나님과 동등하게 되려다가 하늘에게 쫒겨낫다.. 그리고 지금까지 인류의 역사는 하나님을 제외하고 살아가려고 한다. In other words this means they want to be like God. Satan also was also kicked out of heaven because he tried to like God. And even till now people want to live without God. 2) 선악과의 의미는 무엇 일까? What does the fruit of good and evil mean? 선악과의 의미 : 선악과는 기준이다… 선과악을 구분하는 능력은 사람에게 있는 것이 아니고 하나님에게 있다는 의미 입니다. 성경에서 눈이 밝아졌다는 것은 자신이 이러한 하나님이 되려고 하다 보니 죄에 대한 눈이 밝아졌다는 것을 의미 한다. It is the standard. The ability to distinguish between good and evil is not with humans but it is God’s ability. In the bible it says their eyes will be opened this means that their eyes towards sin have become opened. 3) 선악과을 먹은후 인간의 태도는 어떠 했는가? 죄란 무엇인가? How did they respond after eating the fruit? What is sin? 숨었다 (창3:8)… 즉, 죄란? 하나님과의 관게의 단절 상태을 의미 한다. They hid themselves. (Genesis 3:8) therefore sin is a state where our relationship with God is broken. 4) 타락의 결과는? The result of the fall? 그것에 대한 결과가 로마서 1: 21 – 31 에 기록 되어 있다. 시간이 된다면 성경을 찾아서 읽어보면서 중요한 부분을 나눠도 될듯 하다. The results are recorded in Romans 1:21-31 and it would be good to search it in the bible and read it together, discussing the main points. 21절: 하나님을 알되 영화롭게 하지 아니함 (창조된 인간을 목적을 무시함) the knowledge of God is there but we do not glorify Him. (the purpose of the creation of men is gone) 23절: 우상숭배 (썩어질 동상으로 하나님을 대체함) idolatry (God is replaced by mortal things) 24절: 자신이 만든 우상을 하나님 보다 더 경배함 they worship the idols they made more than God. 26-27절: 남녀의 구분을 버린채 동성애을 함 there are no divisions between male and female and there is homosexuality. 28절: 하나님 두기을 싫어함 Verse 28: they do not want God. 32절: 이런일을 행하는 자는 사형에 처한다는 말을 무시하고 서로가 옳다고 주장함. Verse 32: they ignore the fact that these people deserve death and instead they approve each other. 7. 하나님의 형상을 회복하는 방법은 무엇인가요? 우리 인간에게는 처음 창조된 되로 하나님의 형상을 회복 할수는 없게 되었습니디. 하나님의 형상을 회복 한다는 것은 우리가 행복하게 산다는 것을 의미 합니다… 우리 인간 스스로는 결코 행복해질수 없습니다. 우리가 행복해지려면 하나님과 친밀감을 누려야 합니다. 그것이 기쁨의 동산에서 살아가는 길 입니다. 이것을 해결하기 위하여 예수 그리스도가 오셨습니다. 그래서 내일은 예수님에 대해서 배우는 시간이 될 것 입니다. Conclusion: We humans are unable to be recovered back to God’s image as we were first created. Recovering to God’s image means that we are living a happy life. We alone can never be happy. To be happy we must have intimacy with God. This is living in the Garden of happiness. To solve this Jesus came. Therefore tomorrow we are going to learn about Jesus. 로마서 5:8 “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us. 요한복음 3:16 For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shell not perish but eternal life.” DAY 2 Why Jesus? (리더용) 1. 서론 intro • 참석자가 예수님을 믿는 신앙이 있는지 어떤지를 먼저 대화해 본다 Discuss and find out whether the children believe in Jesus/have faith. • 믿음이 있는 학생이면 왜 하나님이 이 세상을 창조하셨다고 생각하는지 논리적으로 교리적으로 이해하고 있는지 파악해본다. 리더는 자기는 왜 예수님을 믿게 되었는지 자연스럽게 간증한다. -체험이나 신유, 하나님의 음성, 성경을 읽다가, 부모님의 인도로… If the student believes and follows Christ, try and gage how much logical and theological understanding they have of why God created the world. (?) *leaders, share your testimony of how came to know Christ. • 인간은 인류의 조상 아담과 하와가 선악과 나무의 실과를 따먹음으로 하나님의 명령을 어기고 영적으로 사망하게 됩니다. 그리고 하나님을 모르는 상태에 들어갑니다. 성경에서 죄는 하나님을 모르는 것입니다. 그 결과 하나님의 존재를 잊고 자신이 하나님의 창조물이라는 사실을 그리고 성경의 말씀을 믿지 못하게 되었습니다. We have been cut off from God and became spiritually dead when the first humans, Adam and Eve disobeyed God and ate from ‘the tree of the knowledge of good and evil’. Now we are born not truly knowing who God is and the bible calls this sin. As a result, we don’t realize God’s existence, have forgotten that we are His creation and don’t believe in the bible. 2. 예수님은 누구신가? Who is Jesus? (먼저 예수님이 누구라고 생각하는지 물어본다.) (Firstly, ask who they think Jesus is.) • 예수님은 성경 66권에 나오는 유일한 주인공입니다. 성경의 기록자 40명이 1,600년 동안 오직 예수님에 대하여 초점을 맞추고 기록한 책이 성경책입니다. Jesus is the one and only protagonist/main character of the whole bible (66 books). Acts 53:4-5; “Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions, he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him, and by his wounds we are healed.” • 예수님은 하나님의 아들이시지만 사람의 모습으로 이 땅에 오셨습니다. Jesus is the only Son of God yet came into this world in flesh, as a human (same as us) Philippians 2:6-8 “Who, being in very nature God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, but made himself nothing, taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself and became obedient to death-- even death on a cross!” • 성경은 예수님이 하나님의 only son이신 것을 증거하고 있습니다. The bible testifies that Jesus is truly the only Son. John: 1:14 “The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the One and Only, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth.” • 이 세상에 살았던 사람 중에서 오직 예수님만 죽음을 이기신 분입니다. Jesus was and is the only one who conquered death. John 11:25-26 “Jesus said to her, "I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in me will live, even though he dies; and whoever lives and believes in me will never die. Do you believe this?" • 이 세상 사람들을 구원하시기 위하여 십자가에서 죽으신 분입니다. He was crucified/died on the cross in our place, for the sake of everyone. So that we have another chance, that we can be saved. Romans 5:8 “But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” (이제 예수님이 누구신지 각자의 생각을 말하게 한다) (ask one by one who they think Jesus is, or who is He to them?) 3. 예수님은 왜 이 세상에 오셨는가? Why did Jesus come into the world? • 예수님은 하나님 아버지의 영광을 나타내기 위해서 이 땅에 오셨습니다. Jesus came to demonstrate/show Gods great glory John 2:11 “This, the first of his miraculous signs, Jesus performed in Cana of Galilee. He thus revealed his glory, and his disciples put their faith in him.” • 인간의 죄로 멀어졌던 하나님과 인간을 화해시키고 인간을 구원의 길로 인도하기 위해서입니다. He came to restore the broken relationship we have with God and to lead us to path of salvation. Romans 3:25 God presented him as a sacrifice of atonement, through faith in his blood. • 인간의 죄를 회개시키고 용서하시기 위해서 오셨습니다. Jesus came to help us repent for our sins and to forgive and redeem us. Luke 5:32 “I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.” • 십자가를 통하여 복음을 전 세계 인류에게 전파하기 위함입니다. To proclaim and preach the gospel/good news, through the cross, to the ends of the Earth. Colossians 1:19-20 “For God was pleased to have all his fullness dwell in him, and through him to reconcile to himself all things, whether things on earth or things in heaven, by making peace through his blood, shed on the cross.” 4. 왜 예수님이신가? Why Jesus? (왜 오직 예수님만 인간을 구원하실 수 있는지 가르친다) (teach on why only Jesus can save us) • 예수님만 진짜 구원자이시다. 왜냐하면 사람이 사람을 구원할 수 없기 때문입니다. 사형수가 죽게 되었는데 다른 사형수가 와서 대신 죽을 수는 없습니다. Jesus is the only savior. Because people can not save people. A sinner can not atone and make up for another sinner because they themselves are one. E.g. a criminal with a death penalty can’t take the place for another criminal with the same sentence. • 하나님을 알고 하나님과의 관계 회복은 하나님의 아들 예수님만 감당하실 수 있습니다. Only through Jesus can we truly know God and have the broken relationship with God restored. • 성경에서 말하는 죄는 “하나님을 모르는 것”이고 “하나님의 말씀대로 살지 않는 것입니다 What the bible describes as sin is ‘not knowing God’ and ‘Not living in obedience to His word and ways’ • 죄가 많은 죄인을 용서 할 수 있는 사람은 죄도 흠도 없는 하나님의 아들 예수밖에 없습니다. The only one who can forgive a sinner is someone who has not sinned at all. Which is Jesus! Colossians 1:22 “But now he has reconciled you by Christ's physical body through death to present you holy in his sight, without blemish and free from accusation” 벧전1:19 “but with the precious blood of Christ, a lamb without blemish or defect” • 예수님이 십자가에서 죽으심으로 인간이 하나님을 알게 되었습니다. 그것을 믿는 것이 구원입니다. 사실 지구에 사는 어리석은 인간이 하나님을 알 수 있는 방법은 예수님 밖에는 없습니다. Through Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross we have been given the chance to know God. Salvation comes when we truly put our faith in this. (There is no other way but through Jesus Christ, that such a foolish and weak being like us can know God.) John 17:3 “Now this is eternal life: that they may know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.” • 성경에서는 사람이 하나님을 알고 구원을 얻는 것을 “하나님과 화목케 된다”라고 표현합니다. 그래서 예수님이 희생제물 또는 화목제물’이 되시는 것입니다. *****• The bible describes knowing God and true salvation as “reconciliation with God”. That is why Jesus was the ‘ransom’ or ‘atoning sacrifice’, the price that was paid for reconciliation.***** 1 John 2:2 “He is the atoning sacrifice for our sins, and not only for ours but also for the sins of the whole world” • 예수님은 아무런 죄도 없으시지만 온 인류의 죄를 씻어 주시기 위하여 십자가에 달리시고 피 흘리심으로 인간을 향한 구원사역(구속사역)을 완성하신 것입니다. Jesus never sinned, but in order to pay the price and wash away our sin He suffered and died on the cross. (His crucifixion and revival completed the reason He came. To give us salvation) • 그리고 이 세상 끝 날에 다시 오실 것을 약속하셨습니다. And He promised to return on the last days. Acts 1:11 “"Men of Galilee," they said, "why do you stand here looking into the sky? This same Jesus, who has been taken from you into heaven, will come back in the same way you have seen him go into heaven." (Conclusion) 5. 우리는 어떻게 예수님이 나를 구원하셨음을 믿는가? How do we believe that Jesus has saved us? • 성경이 이를 증명합니다. The bible proves and is a witness to this. • 성경역사, 믿음의 신앙선배, 성령님의 임재 체험이 이를 증명합니다. The biblical history, spiritual leaders and disciplers, fellow Christians, through experiencing the works of the Holy Spirit…this can be proved. • 예수님이 하나님의 아들이 아니시고는 즉, 나를 통하지 않고는 어느 누구도 하나님께 나아갈 수 없다고 하셨습니다. How can we love our neighbours? · 이웃을 사랑하는 것은 호의와 선의를 베푸는 것은 물론이요 그 이상의 것입니다. 예수님의 명령에 따라 구원의 생명을 선물하는 것입니다. 예수님의 구원의 선물을 이웃에게 전하는 것입니다. Loving our neighbours is more than doing goodwill and provide kindness. It is to present the life of salvation according to the command of Jesus. It is to convey the gift of salvation of Jesus to our neighbours. 엡(Ephesians) 2:8-9 “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-- not by works, so that no one can boast.” · 예수를 믿으면 자기의 육체의 소욕을 버리고 성령님의 지배를 받게 됩니다. 당신 안에 있는 성령님 말입니다. If you believe in Jesus, you will give up your desires of flesh and come under the control of the Holy Spirit. A city on a hill cannot be hidden. 빛은 하늘에서 내려오는 것입니다. 소금은 땅에서 올라오는 것입니다. 이 땅의 모든 창조물에서 하나님의 주관하심을 인정하라는 말입니다. Light comes down from the sky. Salt comes up from the ground. It means to acknowledge God’s dominion over all creations on this earth. · 빛은 어두움을 비추어 줍니다. 그 빛의 원래 원천은 예수님이십니다. 이 땅에 인간의 죄악으로 어두움이 뒤덮여 있는 것을 믿는 우리들이 환하게 밝혀내는 것입니다. 누가 이 세상을 만들었는지 우리는 왜 이 땅에 보내졌는지 그리고 죽으면 어디로 가는지 이 모든 가장 기본적인 인간의 문제가 다 환히 비추어져 알게 됩니다. 우리는 그 사실을 이웃에게 전하는 자라는 것입니다. 그런데 빛이 곡식을 계량하는 말 통 안에 넣어져서 엎어져 있다면 그 빛은 소멸됩니다. 빛은 등경(lamp Stand) 즉, 높은 곳에 놓여 질 때 그 빛을 발합니다. 이웃에게 비추어 질 때 그 가치가 빛나는 것입니다. Light shines out the darkness. The original source of this light is Jesus, It is for us who believe to bring to light what is covered in darkness by human sins on this earth. Who created this world, why we were sent to this earth, and where we will go when we die, all these basic human problems will be uncovered and will let us know. We are the ones who tell the truth to our neighbours. However, if the light is put in the barrel that weighs the grain and is turned upside down, the light will vanish. Light shines more when it is placed on a lamp stand, in a high place. It’s value shines when it is reflected on its neighbours. · 소금은 음식이 변하지 않게 합니다. 소금은 음식의 맛을 냅니다. 소금은 그 자체로는 그렇게 중요하지 않습니다. 우리가 소금의 역할을 한다면 그것은 이웃에게 사용될 때 귀하게 사용된다는 뜻입니다. Salt maintains food from spoiling. Salt flavours food. Salt by itself is not so important. Loving our neighbour is more than simply reaching out with good deeds. It is definitely referring to exhorting the word of salvation. · 예수님이 각 4 복음서에서 마지막으로 하신 말씀은 모든 족속으로 제자를 삼고 세례를 주고 예수님의 말씀을 가르치고 지키게 하는 것입니다. 그것을 신학적으로 ‘지상최대명령(The Great Commission)”이라고 합니다. Jesus’ last words in each of the four gospels are to make disciples of all nations, baptize them and teach and have them obey the words of Jesus. It is theologically called ‘The Great Commission’. 마(Matthew) 28:19-20 “Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age." 4. 왜 이웃을 사랑해야 합니까? Why should we love our neighbours? · 주님이 주신 가장 중요한 명령입니다. 우리는 그래서 저 땅끝에서 이 아프리카까지 왔습니다. It is the most important command from the Lord. This is why we came from the ends of the earth to Africa. 막(Mark) 16:15 “He said to them, "Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation” 행1:8 “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." · 예수님이 그러하셨던 것처럼 이웃사랑을 하여야만 예수님을 닮아갈 수 있습니다. You can become like Jesus only when you love your neighbour as Jesus did. · 이웃을 사랑할 때 예수님이 우리와 항상 함께 하신다고 약속하셨습니다. Jesus promises to be always with us when we love our neighbours. 마28:20 “and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age” · 이웃을 사랑하면 항상 나보다 상대방을 생각하는 복을 누리게 됩니다.
